JOB DESCRIPTION:
  Define structure, organize and grow the appropriate marketing organization for the Company’s maturity/size.  
  Set and manage the strategy for the marketing team
  Develop and manage the organization’s content marketing strategy
  Monitor, track, review and report on metrics, productivity, results and success criteria for all marketing activity, plans and projects
  Deliver and manage SEO optimization efforts to drive customer web registrants and  revenue growth
  Identify, develop and implement organic SEO marketing and social strategies
  Manage and develop Barton Associates’ websites
  Identify and develop email and social media marketing campaigns, advertising and copy.
  Manage multiple projects with competing priorities by maintaining deadlines.
  Analyze website traffic, and recommend new marketing opportunities using new innovative techniques.
  Manage the web properties of the company and its affiliates, including website development, copywriting and content maintenance
  Manage and critique creative design submissions and provide detailed feedback to creators
  Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information.
  Define, develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing services for demand creation and lead generation
  Manage the company’s public relations strategy and initiatives
  Continuously develop and improve Barton’s customer facing brand

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
  3+ years’ experience directly managing multiple full-time employees
  3+ years’ experience in Search Engine Optimization and Search Engine Marketing
  Advanced understanding and knowledge of SEO best practices and latest search engine algorithms and updates.
  Highly experienced in AdWords and AdWords Certified (preferred)
  Knowledge and understanding of Google Analytics and Webmaster tools
  History of revenue and profitability growth and passion to uncover new ways to drive both
  A solid understanding of project management methodology, including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, develop detailed work plans and specifications, perform resource allocations and run team meetings
  Self-started who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  Strong analytical and organizational skills
